Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order before the product is shipped or produced. If your cancellation is received in time, you will receive a full refund. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders that have already been shipped.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

Products must be in the original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Customers will be charged shipping costs only once (including return shipping).

There is no restocking fee for returned items.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within a few business days.
